INFERNO HOT PILATES
This class offers a full body workout with fun music! It incorporates Pilates principles of breath awareness and mindfulness, combined with heat, and high intensity interval training. This low impact exercise will strengthen your whole body and is safe and supportive for all levels. This is a perfect compliment to your Bikram yoga practice! You will notice benefits such as weight loss, improved muscle strength and definition, as well as increased coordination.

INFERNO HOT PILATES WEIGHTS & BANDS
Inferno Hot Pilates is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Tabata Training using Pilates’ principles to benefit the whole body. The exercises are high intensity to burn fat, build and strengthen muscles, yet low-impact to keep joints healthy. Incorporating resistance bands to stimulate smaller muscles and improve upon overall control and stability, the first 30 minutes will focus on core strength building and glute activation, which is extremely important to release lower back pain and increase energy. Your lower back is under a lot of pressure due to sitting, typing, driving, etc. The high-intensity second half will use dumbbells to strengthen, tone and shape muscles.
